At DiamondsJH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DiamondsJH account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include all authenticity cards and dust bags inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once our quality control team inspects the items.
